We thought the cookies I made the other day were yummy. But let me tell you, they were NO match for these incredible cookies. If you enjoy the thin mint cookies manufactured by the Girl Scouts....then you will flip for these.
In sewing news....the Christmas pj's are DONE!!!! They have not yet been modeled....but photos will follow soon!!!!

Okay...I made these two days ago.
They are so good, I wish I hadn't. They call my name when I walk by the fridge!
I had one hershey's white and red kiss (peppermint) and it melted beautifully on top.
I used mint rosettes...I don't know it they are Canadian or not, but they melted well and tasted good. Since I didn't have quite enough, I put six chocolate chips on the last few and they were good too, especially for our one daughter who didn't care for the mint.

Oops...sorry, I meant freezer. I froze them right away to keep them really fresh. Stale cookies aren't that great.
Sonja...glad you tried them. We love them!!! My girls were asking for them the other day....hmmmm...I might have to make some this weekend!!!
