If you happen to attend my local Smocking Guild and you are reading here....look no further unless it is after this coming Monday evening. I have made my door prize for the monthly meeting. I decided to make this cute little bag using some of my favorite fabric ever. Really, I have been hoarding this fabric for a couple of years now!!! And I only had one yard of it. I am hoping it makes someone else as happy as it makes me....just by looking at it!!!
But you knew I could not stop with just the bag right??? I also made a matching pincushion. I added some rick rack to the edges and a gingham covered button. Too cute. I'm almost thinking I won't be able to let this little ensemble go on Monday night.....but the ladies in my Guild sure are sweet. So I guess I will. But...I might have to come straight home and make one for myself!!!
I have several finished outfits to share.....just need to snap a few pictures first and then I'll be in business. Back soon!!!

Katie...yes, I am feeling pretty good. Can't complain too much!!! We are thrilled..especially the little ones. They can't wait!!! I'm glad the flower tutorial worked out well for you. I love those little flowers!!!
