Emily's Christmas Jumper

Here's my latest completed project. Another sweet jumper for Emily. This one is using the solid red pin wale pique.

And the yummy looking lining fabric. At first glance, Wayne could be heard to say, "I'm not sure if I should look at it or eat it." My thoughts exactly!!! I pretty much have this pattern memorized and do not even need the instructions to complete it anymore. That probably means that unless I am heckled, I won't volunteer to make more. However, if Emily or Elisabeth politely asks....well, that's a different story.

I also finished up a long A-line navy blue skirt for myself last night. No pictures until it is pressed and ready for a photo op.

We made all the rounds today....quilt store, heirloom sewing store, and Hobby Lobby.....but I did not acquire anymore projects. We mostly just visited, looked around, and handed out the yo-yo angels to our favorite people. Everyone seemed very appreciative.

Those colors look so good on Emily. She is growing up to be such a lovely young lady. Maybe I could heckle you into making one for Annabeth!!

Cute dress as always. I always love to see the coordinating lining you have for the inside. It looks so good.

Missy,

I'd be happy to make Annabeth a jumper....only problem is that my pattern only goes to size 8. Do you think an 8 would fit her? For Emily I make her a size 6 since she is so petite. Elisabeth's is a size 4.

Jennifer,

Thanks. My favorite part is picking out the coordinating fabric for the lining.

I can send you her measurements. She's not big around the middle, she's all legs. I have trouble buying her pants because she's one size in the waist and a different size in the length. I have to buy her adjustable waist pants and they aren't easy to find.

Missy,

You can send me her measurements and I can compare them to the pattern envelope. I am just learning to do pattern alterations...so I can't promise anything....but we can see.....
