That might go through the felt even better than yarn. Just an idea for you. Felt food sounds like a lot of fun for her!!!Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10821269409858706242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37008695.post-45404633189643545432010-09-01T15:47:10.065-05:002010-09-01T15:47:10.065-05:00Thank you so much! I love your blog!craftmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03631828701165882255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37008695.post-58144215597703358612010-08-25T23:33:44.271-05:002010-08-25T23:33:44.271-05:00Thanks Kristie...we look forward to seeing you and...Thanks Kristie...we look forward to seeing you and your family too!!!

craftmom....For Ethan I just used a tapestry needle. It has a blunt point but yet the eye was large enough to accommodate the yarn and still go through the felt with no problems. You could draw or trace a basic shape on a piece of felt (i.e., heart, star, etc) and then give your daughter a blunt-tipped needle with yarn (and a knot in the end) and let her stitch on the lines of the shape. Or just ask her what she'd like to do. Sometimes my kids have better ideas than me and if it is their idea they will enjoy it more and spend more time on it. Just some thoughts for you.Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10821269409858706242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37008695.post-34524074723971822192010-08-25T07:15:57.735-05:002010-08-25T07:15:57.735-05:00He's such a smart little guy!
